About Us

Gulf Coast Real Estate School was founded in 2011 in order to meet the increasing interest of a career in real estate.  We have affiliated with the University of Houston-Clear Lake to allow students to complete their studies in a "fast-track" environment to further augment the learning experience. 

Our instructors have several years of experience in teaching as well as active practice within the real estate industry.

Our main campus is located just a half mile off I-45 on Bay Area Boulevard providing immediate access to those coming from as far South as Galveston and as far North as Houston.  With several food establishments in the vicinity, you will have plenty of time to eat offsite every day of class.
